Inside the clubhouse at Banyan Creek Golf Club, our restaurant is more than just a dining space.  It’s where our members gather to unwind and talk with their friends after a round of golf.  Whether you’re having a drink at our bar, or enjoying a casual lunch, the atmosphere emits a blend of relaxation and camaraderie.  Our talented Chef, Pablo, transforms fresh ingredients into savory dishes that consistently delight our members.  With our new outdoor covered patio, and a view of our beautiful banyan tree, our restaurant will not disappoint.

Pablo Tax

Introducing Pablo our 38 year old chef, born in Guatemala. He came to the United States in 2003 for economic opportunity. Pablo is a self-taught chef who first worked at Martin Downs Golf Club in Palm City, Florida. After Martin Downs, Pablo went on to manage The Sandpiper Room in Port St. Lucie as well as Tesoro Country Club.

Pablo’s favorite food to cook is Italian and American.
